The judge is accepting sealed correspondence from defendants - hidden from public, hidden from Meadows. The press intervened to have that material unsealed. The judge hasn’t ruled on anything yet, other than granting defendants more time and pages to make their arguments.
The thing about that is that it is not a crime for the government or the press to lie to the public.
There is a small risk of a civil suit for money damages for defamation, and some such suits are active now. But the broad advancing of a hoax with the purpose of hamstringing POTUS is what I refer to as “legal color revoilution.” Congress and the intelligence community are enemies of the people, but that is not a crime.
Filed in DC? What are the chances it doesn’t get thrown out the first time it comes before a corrupt Dem judge.

Looks that way. The last news about the suit was from December, right after it was filed. The “breaking” in the headline is typical clickbait from a questionable source.
Sometimes these lawsuits are defensive moves - this one may have already served its purpose, i.e., got her to back off on something else.
Kind of like if your neighbor threatens to sue you about your overhanging tree limb, you just threaten to sue them about their shed being too close to the property line. They realize you aren’t a sucker and drop it.
But these politician types are rich lawyers, or they have rich lawyer buddies, so they actually file the lawsuits instead of just bluffing.
