STATEMENT BY PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
(snip)
The January 6th Unselect Committee is disgracing everything we hold sacred about our Constitution. If they had any real evidence, they’d hold real hearings with equal representation.
They don’t, so they use the illegally-constituted committee to put on a smoke and mirrors show for the American people, in a pitiful last-ditch effort to deceive the American public…again.
Our Constitution protects the right to confront accusers, honors the right to fair trials, and holds the right to legal representation as paramount in our justice system. Equal representation and the opportunity to offer rebuttal evidence is fundamental in our legal process. The Committee has obliterated those rights and is making a mockery of justice. They have refused to allow their political opponents to participate in this process, and have excluded all exculpatory witnesses, and anyone who so easily points out the flaws in their story.

“Trump’s side has had every opportunity to respond. “
You realize that in these types of hearings each member is allotted time to “question” (berate) each witness.
This “un-select committee is made up of all Democrats except for Trump HATING Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
How “FAIR” and “UNBIASED” would the questioning be?
Trump DID just respond. Didn’t you read it?
I think it is excellent.
“F@#% You, F@#% You, & F@#% You. Who’s Next”
Thank you for posting this - I saw POTUS himself put it on Truth Social as well. I wonder how many people will get to read it or even know it exists.
What a strange world this has become, where a past President blows the whistle on the crime of the century - and the media buries it - and dismisses it as misinformation.
I would call it a Star Chamber, as created by the rather paranoid Henry VII. It was later abolished by Parliament, for good reason.
Thank you Laz!
Hosting services back then weren't in the cancel business and Google wasn't in the censorship business as a first priority.
He’s a 100% shill from his first day on FR.
Everything you say is biased junk.
And everyone knows it.
This 12 pages statement is very significant.
Trump is not finished.
“Hosting services back then weren’t in the cancel business and ...”
Gotcha. It escaped me that those big sites are the predominant places for us put stuff out to the wider audience.
Having now read it, OGINJ would say that Trump has laid out his case for unapologetically continuing his MAGA political efforts nationwide.
What can one say. Trump’s case for Biden having lost the November election where it
legitimately counted, only to go on prevail illegitimately on the day in December 2020 the electors of the Electoral College cast their votes, is strong, both from a data /information /factual perspective, AND from the legal perspective (meaning, how the law SHOULD HAVE been applied to those facts, rather than how the same WERE applied thereto), regardless of anything his Deep State detractors like Pence or Barr or McConnell
or Christie may say.
Trump’s ongoing efforts to dominate the Pubbie primaries, in preparation for a big win in as many places as possible all around the country in November 2022, are 100% justified.
Unfortunately, an embarrassing shortage masculinity, combined with (creating? triggering?) an overwhelming tsunami of effeminacy, stands in Trump’s way.
It is a close call and could go either way based on any number of factors. We’re heading into a national election season this fall, but as Trump has shown, based on what happened two years ago, this is when the modern donkey party fraud artistes do their best work, and also when RINOs and CINOs supposedly in the elephant party stand ready to move right in with their see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, donkey party crime cover-up mode to preserve their supplicant, boot-licking positions as housemutts begging for scraps of next to the Swampdwellers’ amply-stocked dinner tables.
Don’t sell yourself short!
You got it in.
Not everyone shares your need for President Trump to be more respectful. The Americans who twice elected him President seem to like him just the way he is - name-calling and all.
Besides, the “Unselect Committee” and their “media puppets” are just that - and don’t deserve our respect.
I have a half-agreement, half-disagreement with you here.
There is a place for his anger, yet, your point that this should be an impartial legal document, is not lost on me.
To be honest, if it was the Laz Political Consulting Group that was advising Donald Trump on Jan 20, 2017, my recommendation would be that he post the following on his Twitter account:
TWEET 1:
“My countrymen: Today I ascend to the presidency of the United States, and this office has a certain prestige and gravitas that I would like to respect.”
TWEET 2:
“Therefore, effective at the end of this Tweet series, I will be communicating only the announcements of my initiatives, and the results thereof.”
TWEET 3:
“There will be, from me, no more Tweets that will be directed at any individual person, group, or news organization. God bless you all, and God bless America.”
And then, after that, I would have Steve Bannon and other Trump allies be the ones to deliver the “Mean Tweets.”
bump for later
All sorts of “Big “Tech”” algorithmic filtering.
