President Joe Biden announced Wednesday he would consider using his emergency war powers to increase gas production in a letter to oil companies.
Biden warns oil companies in his letter that “at a time of war, refinery profit margins well above normal being passed directly onto American families are not acceptable.”

Congress has not declared war on anybody since 1942.
If Biden can use his war powers against the oil companies now, he can use them against anyone at any time. Old-time liberals would have been shocked by the prospect.
But modern “progressives” will certainly think it’s a great idea.

Once again, this vegetable is not in charge. He was imposed on America by the deep state in Nov. 2020, and sits atop a mass of DC permanent ideologues and apparatchiks who all have competing fiefdoms and attempts to make policy.
Cancel an oil pipeline, then forbid drilling on federal land, then cancel oil leases. I’ll bet Brandon thinks you can make bricks without straw too!
