1. The Mediacracy had way more control over the information flow when cigarettes were demonized.

2. Cigarettes were not a numerated, fundamental, Constitutional right.

3. Most cigarette smokers wanted to quit. Most gun owners want more guns.

4.Cigarette smoking tended to make people less capable. Gun owning makes people more capable.
