I'm sure the FBI, DOJ and local law enforcement will stop them, and the organizers tossed in a DC prison, right?

I believe they can deliver the opinion and not be in the court at all. They sure do need protection.

I wish they would issue it now.

Obstructing the Judicial branch of government from
performing it’s appointed duty IS insurrection.

I don’t think this is going to work out very well for them.

The Congressional J13 hearings will be good about 18 months from now after they have all rotted in the D.C. solitary.

Isn’t that “interference with an official proceeding” or whatever the charge was against the January 6 political prisoners?

Good, I hope they try. This will weaken the government’s case against the January 6th political prisoners.

Well, we know the proper procedural response for dealing with these insurrectionists now.

Shoot and kill at least one protestor for no particular reason, arrest and lock up the rest in solitary for several months, have then tortur...I mean interrogated by the FBI, and then put them on show trials with pre-determined convictions.

It's unconscionable that Robert's is letting this go on and on. He should preempt this and provide the ruling now.
