WASHINGTON — A Republican candidate for governor in Michigan was arrested by the FBI on Thursday and charged with misdemeanors for his role in the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, the agency said.
Federal agents raided Ryan Kelley’s home in Allendale, Michigan, on Thursday morning. NBC News received a tip about the raid, which was confirmed by a law enforcement official.
An FBI spokesperson later confirmed that a search warrant was executed at the home where Kelley was arrested. He faces four charges related to his alleged actions at the Capitol, including disorderly conduct and willfully injuring or attacking U.S. property.

This guy is presumably a public figure, so why did it take so long to identify him? This has a bad smell about it.
They’re not even trying to hide it anymore. They’re out in the open with their work. We’ve got food warehouses mysteriously going up in flames, LNG terminals exploding, Republican candidates being arrested, and individuals who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time languishing in a government-paid gulag in Virginia. It’s becoming very obvious that if you go against the establishment, they have some shackles with your name on them. You will have nothing and like it.
I have less respect for the whole law-making class every day.
What the hell is “injuring” property? You can damage or destroy it, but “injuring”?
Why don’t we see the victims of J6 showing the video of the cops holding the doors open for the protesters to enter the building?
Why isn’t this played at ever trial? Well, that, and the video of the govt. agent removing the temp marker of trespassing around the grounds before Trump’s people reached the grounds.
