There Was a Huge ‘Mistake’ in the 2020 Census… Guess Which Party It Favored?
PJ Media ^ | June 6, 2022 | MATT MARGOLIS

There was a major problem with the 2020 Census, and most people probably haven’t heard about it, even though it has enormous implications. At the end of May, the Census Bureau admitted that it miscounted 14 states in the 2020 Census.

Why didn’t the media make a big stink about this story? Maybe it was overshadowed by the recent mass shootings, that’s certainly a possibility, but I have another theory.

Here are the states that the Census acknowledged it overcounted: Hawaii, Delaware, Rhode Island, Minnesota, New York, and Massachusetts.

Here are the states that the Census acknowledged it undercounted: Texas, Illinois, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Well, gee, isn’t that interesting. Does it seem like a mere bizarre coincidence that the overcounted states all voted for Biden in 2020, and five of the six undercounted states for Trump in 2020?

“Last week’s Census Bureau announcement of serious errors will impact the next decade’s congressional apportionment and delegations, and play a crucial role in the presidential race,” explained Kristin Tate at The Hill. “Given the nature of the mistakes, Democrats could hang onto the presidency under particularly controversial circumstances due to publicly-acknowledged errors.”

A hundred years ago, with no computers on the horizon and very few of the fancy new electric adding machines, they not only got the census right, they got the vote counted in less than a two days. Even more amazing, they got it RIGHT.

No. This is not sarcasm. This is called DISGUST!

It’s a grave mistake to think the the current “inability” to count people and votes correctly is anything other than deliberate malfeasance, corruption, and fraud.

It wasn’t a mistake. I know, just can’t talk about it in the public forum. No one will protect me.

The street-working counters can’t count and they have an incentive of pay period

extension and political motivations. Another fraud. Probably should be re-

organized and run by the states.

While these numbers might help some Dem states in getting more government money, the affect on the number of Reps is not as large.

For instance, Delaware was over-counted, but the number of Reps remain at 1, and it cannot go below that.

Hawaii and Rhode Island stay at 2, and they likely would NOT have gone down even with a better count.

NY state went down one, and no state went down two in one decade this time. NY actually went down by FIVE (5) after the 1980 census, due to migration to NJ, CT, and North Carolina, Florida and Virginia. So that state might have been due to lose another given the continuing exodus from upstate. Actually, though, the state was not that close to the threshold to lose another rep.

Minnesota is on the low side of population per district, so it might have benefited depending on how bad the over-count was. Massachusetts, however, is significantly above the average per district and would not have lost a seat even with corrected numbers.

On our side, I think the only question is whether Texas would get three new seats instead of two.

Overall, I don’t think we got gypped out of more than 1 or 2 seats, and maybe not even that.

I’m not sure how anyone can say with any degree of certainty that the 2020 census results were “accurate” or not. In the middle of the year we had enormous migrations of people between states and regions. Much of it turned out to be permanent, and most of it was never captured when census data was collected in early 2020.

Seems like the “errors” should be corrected instead of being allowed to stand for 10 years, but that’s just the peasant in me speaking.

Why, why, why, why do we keep ignoring the elephant in the middle of the room?

Donald Trump was president during the last census cycle.

Yes, we’ve endlessly rehearsed all the arguments about Trump’s failure to adequately staff his own administration and weed out Obama holdovers. Hell hath frozen over on that argument and I don’t want to revisit it. Yes, Democrat obstruction on confirmations was a big factor. But so were Trump’s disastrous presidential personnel operation, unbelievably bad appointments too numerous to count, the failure to adequately deploy Schedule C’s (who do not require confirmation), and — when an Acting whatever needed to be appointed — the failure to adequately vet the Actings.

Nonstop tweeting is no substitute for assembling and leading a management team.

The 2020 Census was corrupted in ways that benefitted the democrats? #&$^%@(* to that. Trump was responsible for the 2020 Census.

It’s why they needed the Executive in other hands after 2020 (among other reasons).

So all stops were pulled.

You must be an 80 year old RINO woman.

It comes down to bad tweets with you.

Let's find out how many corporations you've run with employees you acquired or hired. Trump had more experience than anyone who has been in the presidency.

Strangely, 0bama and Clinton always had everything run their direction. Even today, Hillary is immune from new review of Arkancides.

The problem is the Deep State, not Donald Trump.

You are a danger. At least you already turned in your gonads.

Mobility today means population changes almost daily with in
Cities, counties, states. Mobility was not that big of issue
back in the early 1900s but certainly is today.

Same reason they won’t fix the ‘errors’ in the 2020 election - because it would reveal that President Trump won.
