Ukraine War Updates: Blinken Says 20 Million Tons of Grain Stalled in Odessa
Newsweek ^ | 6/1/22 | LAUREN GIELLA AND MEGHAN ROOS

Blinken Says 20M Tons of Grain Stalled in Odessa U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said pre-existing conditions, like COVID-19 and climate, in addition to the conflict in Ukraine, have created a "perfect storm" for a global food insecurity crisis.

Blinken said there were already about 160 million people facing food insecurity around the world. An additional 40 million people has joined that group as a result of Russia's invasion into Ukraine.

As Russia continues to attack one of the world's "breadbaskets," its ships are forming a blockade in the ports around Odessa.

There are between 20 and 25 million tons of grain in silos that can't be moved to ships, Blinken said. This is in addition to the ships in Odessa ports that are "full of grain" that cannot move due to Russian forces.

Prices are also going up for the food that is available.

Blinken said the United Nations is working to "find a way forward" to allow these ships out as well as finding other possible routes to get grain and wheat out of Ukraine.

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the global food, energy and financial crises due to the Ukraine war is "pummeling the most vulnerable people, countries and economies."

Should have thought of that before you pushed your Ukraine patsies into a neocon proxy-war against Russia.

Hey Blink, this is known as a "naval blockade," a common strategy used in war.

The globalists could drop the sanctions on Belarus and allow the grain to be transported through there to the European markets, for distribution to the world markets.

But, what's a few hundred thousand or more starving Africans or Middle Easterners when you can "stick it to Putin" and his buddy Lukashenko in Belarus?

Take that, Putin!!

End all of the sanctions, end all of the blockades, clear all of the mines, and ensure the free flow of fuel, fertilizer, and food.

“Should have thought of that before you pushed your Ukraine patsies into a neocon proxy-war against Russia.”

Yep.

Even a retard would know Russia controls the Black Sea, and a war with Ukraine would ensure it’s shut down.

There will be no freight in/out of Odessa’s ports. They are blockaded. That city is but a couple of weeks away from an artillery siege.

Millions of people facing shortages are perplexed about how their empty shelves punish Putin.

As Russia continues to attack one of the world's "breadbaskets," its ships are forming a blockade in the ports around Odessa.

Someone should tell the liars from Newsweak that Russia has had one sea lane open in the Black Sea through the Ukrainian minefields for a while now, and that they just opened a second Ukie-mine-free sea lane.

I imagine that Newsweek's Lauren Giella and Meghan Roos have both got the hots for that "dreamy" zElenskyy dude, which colours their "reporting". [Will Lie To Get Laid!]

So the guy stopping the free flow of the grain isn’t the one Responsible for the starving Africans, but the people that want to ship the grain are?

With twisted logic like that, its super hard to argue against it.

Might makes right, I guess.

Will see how that works.

See my post #9.

The Ukrainians mined their Black Sea ports, and some of their mines escaped into the wild.

Russia opened one sea lane free of Ukie mines, and just opened a second sea lane.

Not only that, Putin isn't the one who has sanctions on Belarus, where they could transport the grain through to Europe, as they have done in the past.

The globalists and their neocon pals are the ones who did that, trying to force "regime change" on Belarus.

Where have we seen this "sanctions to get regime change" show before? Hmmmmmm....

My guess is that Russia is going to supply the Africans, except Western puppets, as much grain as they need. Then the puppets are free to reconsider their allegiance. Not only the Euroidiots aren’t getting the Russian oil and gas anymore, they won’t get the African nuclear fuel and gold as well.

(unleashing the horsemen of the Apocalypse)

Maybe the first rider is already here? 🤔

If so, he just hasn’t made his public debut as such.

I don’t KNOW that he’s here. It’s just that some part of the world acts as if he’s here; or so it seems, some days.

Huh? The Russians need to break out of Kherson and take Mykolaiv, for Odesa to be in artillery range and there is a good chance they will lose Kherson in the next weeks (and blow the bridges behind them).

Russian has shown it can't take a major city and can't take ANYTHING more than 100 miles from working railroad tracks.

There are too many bridges between Russia and Odesa for Odesa to worry about an artillery siege.

Perhaps you didn't read the news on February 24th.

Russia invaded Ukraine. The Ukrainians did not declare war on Russia, rather Putin's horde invaded
