A fairly new drug is finding its way into the U.S., and law enforcement personnel say it’s 20 times more potent than fentanyl.
It’s called ISO, which is short for isotonitazene. The Drug Enforcement Administration says drug dealers are mixing it with other illegal drugs, making them more potent.
“It is here. It’s present, and how potent this is — it’s not worth the one time they might use it. It’s not worth that extra high they might get because that could be their only time or their last time,” said Britney Morris, public information officer for the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
The drug is so powerful that is someone were to overdose, it would take multiple doses of Narcan to reverse the effects.
ISO was first identified in 2019 in the Midwest, but now it’s popping up in the Southern U.S. and along the Eastern Seaboard. As of publication, there were no reported cases of the drug in Northeast Florida, but the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office recently confirmed two overdose deaths from 2021 that were caused by ISO.

Yup, thanks.
ISO was first identified in 2019 in the Midwest,
But it does say first IDENTIFIED
We legalized all street drugs here in Washington State a couple of years ago. It’s working it’s way east, fight the bastards. You don’t want what quasi legalization brings into your state.
Because just about every inch of green space in major cities in the State is either so toxic from human waste and drug paraphernalia it qualifies for EPA Superfund status or there’s a drug vagrant camp there. Derelict motor homes on city roadsides, some get turned into ramshackle two and three story eyesores on a downtown street.
Thefts are out of control, the Pugetopolis commies have had a war on private property or what they call “stuff”, for years, the poor, downtrodden, and the bipoc people have the RIGHT to steal, dontcha understand! Shoplifters are as brazen as the ones you’ve heard about in Kalifornia and OreGONE. Probably crews running up and down the coast.
It’s so bad over in the 3 county Pugetopolis area that last week a cop turned on his lights behind a suspected stolen car and instead of pulling over, the perp called 911 and told the dispatchers to call of the pursuit the cop was violating 1054! The cop turned off his lights and disengaged. I know this sounds unreal, check out the following link if you doubt me.

Remember all the convicts, including violent felons were released from prison during the scamdemic?
Now
Brandon wants your guns!
Ditto. It's like the herd is voluntarily thinning itself.
Fentanyl, and now iso, are potent enough to surpass VX nerve agent in the realm of chemical weapons. ISIS + al Queda + synthetic opiates (all freely entering out country via the open southern border) = a WMD nightmare scenario
Having a drug addict (heroin, crack, meth, coke) in the family and seeing the absolute destruction she caused to those around her, it would have been better for everyone if they never revived her from the many ODs she had. Narcan just gives the addict more opportunity to screw up more lives of those around them. Grieving a loss of an addict is far less than the grief that happens at the complete destruction of entire families.
Finally, a drug with some kick to it. /s
Sinaloa pipeline?
Think it’s called a “speedball” or so ethi g like that? An upper with a downer. Belushi supposedly died of soemthin g like that if I remember right?
It’s cheap, easily smuggled. Problem is it kills.
Didn’t see your post before I poseted- yep highball- the two work by giving two completely different highs, or a high and low at the same time. One gets really amped up about being mellow lol.
Don’t forget the PTA moms.
Me too. Then I remember that those folks are weak, not evil. But of course their “hobby” is supporting evil. They have to know that. I’m not sure what the answer is here. Maybe Indonesia has it right.
Ditto
That’s how you fight a war on drugs.
Yes, what you said
Perhaps some farm boys just wanted to see what “getting high” was like.
Or anyone that dares contradict the school boards edicts.
> That’s how you fight a war on drugs. <
Some stupid kid tries an illegal drug, then throws up and dies in a gutter. Nobody cares about him. But then Singapore or Indonesia executes one of the monsters who supply the drugs, and everybody goes crazy. The Pope, the UN, heads of state ... they all demand leniency for the monster. Meanwhile the kid lies dead in the gutter.
It’s disgusting.
