Moment Uvalde officers threatens CNN reporter with trespassing and orders him to leave school grounds after he confronted police chief about Robb Elementary School massacre failings

Prokupecz asked Arredondo why he had ordered his officers to wait outside the school while Salvador Ramos, 18, was inside killing 19 kids and two teachers.

Arredondo deflected Prokupecz's questions, repeatedly saying that there would be answers once the parents of victims were done grieving.

Shortly after confronting the chief, Prokupecz was confronted by a group of Uvalde ISD officers who told him that cops from the Uvalde Police Department were on the way, and that he and his crew would be charged with trespassing if they were still present when they arrived.

Evidently, it is a Mexican drug cartel town. This is not an after the shooting story. Steve Bannon had some one reporting from that town about the gangs a few weeks before the shooting.

How do you trespass on public property? How can you be banned from a Police Station?

So, if I’m in the vicinity of a precinct and want to report a crime or evade a stalker, I can’t roll into the parking lot and walk in the building?

How and why does a school district with an enrollment of 4100 students have an independent ‘police’ force? Since we now know that it offers no sort of protection to staff or students, couldn’t the district’s money been spent on something else—say educating students?

Its the “Good Ol boy” network, alive and going strong there. The main guy goes from dispatching all his life to Chief of the ISD police and is next in line for a cushy city councilmans job after this crap blows over.

Our little town had to throw out the 23 yr police chief who tried to muscle the county bean counters for some charge tickets for fuel made by the Chief’s son while not on duty. 4 years ago and the police force is still crap, city council is crap, half the county is crap because the good ol boy network took a major hit. And yes there are 2 murder trials that are pending appeal because of his malfeasance.
