65 years ago? Good grief.

It seems he didn’t learn his lesson.

Maybe that’s because he was never punished after the first incident.

Drinking has its time, i.e., when someone is between 18-29 years of age. It's not a social indulgence, it's the unwillingness to stop acting like a kid.

There are better inebriants.

In the end there was no court case and he was exonerated by a coroner's jury.

The more money ya got, the more "justice" you can buy...

These people have NO moral compass. None. And their conscience is seared.

He’s a serial drunk driver. Not even his brother’s death stopped him. He should’ve been banned from driving long ago at the very least. Driving isn’t a right.

Alcohol, by zero-order kinetics, burns off at the rate of 0.016 mg percent per hour.

FOUR hours after being picked up - if this part of the story is correct - Pelosi blew a BA over the legal limit of 0.08 mg%.

Do the ‘rithmetic. His BA must have been well about 0.144 if he was STILL above the legal limit.

Even from “just one little drink” IF he had been tested one hour from ingestion.

Play with this site’s calculations for fun.

65 years ago? Old habits die hard, as do old hags. Back when Nanshee (rhymes with banshee when she’s drunk) was commandeering USAF jets as private carriers to get her to SFO on weekends (before POTUS Trump stopped that), AF “flight stewards” reported she ALWAYS had the plane stocked with top shelf scotch for her and her retinue.

This is “elitism”, abuse, a danger to self and others, IMHO Paul Peloshi should be 5150’d unitl he goes into DT’s as proof of his “overindungence.”

But I’m no longer licensed in CA so I can’t initiate or request it.
