Yup. I believe the judge said even if Sussmann knowingly lied that he was not guilty unless there was ‘maliscious intent’ behind his lying. Prosecution had him dead to rights as far as lying, had the lies in text messages in black and white, but the way the judge instructed the jury made it just about impossible to convict.

The trial was held in Democrat DC, presided over by a Democrat judge, and will be decided by a jury of Democrats. The outcome of the was determined before the trail began.

America is dead. There is no justice. We now are run by rogue leaders in Washington DC who know they can get by with anything that is criminal against their opponent. Very sad day for this country.
We should be very scared for the future of our country. We can no longer trust government. Sadly I don’t think we can take it back either. We are stuck with a failing system.
I am sure now the Durham investigation ends there will be no further lawsuits brought.

Sussaman was overtly guilty - except for one detail. He was being tried for lying to the FBI. The jury found that the the FBI was fully aware that the information was bogus information being pushed by Hillary Clinton dirty tricksters to throw the election. The FBI was not mislead because the FBI was an active co conspirator
