As it is, our Howitzers use GPS for guidance of their shells and Russia isn’t exactly a bunch of goat-herders technology-wise. So our guns are pretty much reduced to lobbing shells and hoping they get lucky enough to actually hit a military target, once in a while.

Give Ukraine more long range artillery with a greater reach than Russian artillery has. And more drones. Lots more drones. More anti-ship missiles.
Let’s deplete the entire Russian military if Putin continues to refuse to pull out.
