President Joe Biden on Monday lectured Americans about gun control after Hunter Biden admitted to firearm safety malpractice.
“The Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute. You couldn’t buy a cannon when the Second Amendment was passed,” Biden said. “I think things have gotten so bad that everybody is getting more rational about it.”

Let me guess, right up there with Rosie O’Donnell telling us after Columbine High School that if you had a gun, you should go to jail and then we find out shortly thereafter that her bodyguards applied for concealed handgun carry permits in Connecticut.

The Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute. "Shall not ne infringed" is pretty absolute.

What these drug addled leftists probably know, but won’t say, is that the greatest killer of civilians is leftist governments. By so much margin that it is ridiculous.

I wonder how much time JO JO the Pedophile clown has standing in a military chow line. How about time out at a gun range. He says he can shoot a shotgun but I saw a chimpanzee shoot a shotgun at a rodeo one time.

Not absolute?
So, why did our Founders call the First Ten Amendments to the US Constitution “The Bill of RIGHTS”?
What a dope......

The Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute. Wrong, Jo(e)lthead....It is absolute until one of the following occurs:
1. Any proposed amendment to the Constitution must be passed by both the House and the Senate with two-thirds majorities. It would then need to be ratified by three-fourths of the 50 states – or 38 of them.
2. The second option for repealing an amendment is to hold a Constitutional Convention. In that case, two-thirds of state legislatures would need to call for such a convention, and states would write amendments that would then need to be ratified by three-fourths of the states.
It's easy to spread lies when you're a Rat with a constituency too lazy to read and/or too dishonest to follow the Constitutuion.
