I thought it was worn out and boring. Nothing I’ve not heard before

Is Cuties and other similar offerings still part of their line-up?

Watched the full thing on Netflix. Some of his lines were so irreverent in this woke world that they brought tears to my eyes. Haven’t laughed that hard since I watched the old British comedy series, The I.T. Crowd.

Can’t say I’ve ever been a Ricky Gervais fan, but I may check it out just to give it ratings.
If it’s bad, I’ll let it run while I go make a sandwich.

I found it to be funny, offensive, hilarious, sharp and traditional. Traditional in the sense that it’s the type of comedy that has been prevalent for the last 40 or 50 years.
And what amazes me is that wokesters are now offended at this traditional style of comedy. Jokes against Muslims or queers or women are now off-limits.
It’s as if overnight comedians have now become the target of angry young millennialists.

Suprising that sex change operations are even legal, let alone some kind of civil rights.

Ricky Gervais is a great comedian. Plus he regularly puts the far left Hollywood clowns and the very woke trans crazies into tears. Which is great.

I just might, if they keep bringing great comedies like Ricky Gervais back.

Shock value only works so long.

It wasn't his best work, but my wife and I laughed uncontrollably for 5 minutes while the credits were rolling.
The last joke was hilarious.
I'll finger ya, mum.

That fat clown is repetitious, vulgar and boring. No thanks. It’s hard to imagine how he got to be popular. Must be with the stoner crowd.

I’m watching he is even telling jokes about Muslims can you believe it.
I’m shocked they aired it to be honest...

I thought one of the best parts of his act was when he was saying that he was an atheist. He joked about not praying, but also said something I thought was very insightful. He said that even though he didn't believe in praying, he said that when anyone else says they are going to pray for him or for someone else he thanks them genuinely because it is a kind gesture made with good intentions. And he said that seriously.
Most atheists have a very nasty attitude toward religion, and love to mock religious people. He didn't do that, and I thought it might have sent a message to other atheists listening that perhaps they should reconsider their own antipathy towards those who hold religious beliefs.

“The platform’s choice to release this special now, during a wave of unprecedented anti-trans legislation, is unconscionable,” according to Vox.”
I would argue that imposing the transgender nonsense on normal society is the unconscionable.
