That is the overriding factor in all this.

And it is not just the bidens.

Yep. It’s not the people of Ukraine who have any say in this. For that matter public opinion has no influence on what Washington did or does:

So help the people, but don’t start a wider war.

Come on. It was all about Jr finishing papa’s war for him. He should have had all assets looking for Bin Laden.

Good piece, some freepers would do well to read it instead of them parroting the media’s version of things. The US provoked this totally unnecessary confrontation with Russia, and we need to extricate ourselves from it before we make a bigger mess of things than we already have. It’s just another in a long line of useless but extremely expensive wars that accomplishes nothing, certainly in comparison with the money spent, lives lost, and infrastructure destroyed.

Everyone you don’t like is a Nazi. I think we got that memo already.

Portland’s propaganda and grooming TV station, FOX 12, led with a headline this morning, US troops fighting in Ukraine.

Turns out they are “retired” Spec. Ops. working as a unit.

Just getting you ready to accept US boots on the ground.

“There are some who mean well, but I am convinced some are paid trolls.”

Shilling their constant “Russians are torturing dogs” stories and screaming “Pooty poot’ and “death to Putin.” Don’t see them as much. I remember the one who compared Zelinsky to Christ.

I get my news from friends and family in Ukraine, not the media.

Well yeah, he fled because of a US-organised colour revolution designed to overthrow his non-globohomo elected government.

Other countries' government security and propaganda services do this, why wouldn't Fed.gov engage in some form of it also?

FedGov absolutely does this and has done it for decades.

**”Gab, Minds, Rumble, Gab TV, GETTR”
Off topic, but why can’t news and opinion sites use less flippant names?**

What irritates me is the msm giving news programs noble names that promote a feeling of serious honesty, when they are just biased propaganda shows.

Why did the USA invade Iraq? Allow me to explain.

Saddam tried to kill W father so W used the US military to get back at Saddam. Now W could not say he was taking care of family business so he invented reasons like “weapons of mass destruction” to get the job done.

He knew Iraq was going to be a mess after Saddam was killed. His top military adviser told him he did not have the troops to occupy Iraq. So he fired his top general and invaded anyway. He did not care, all he wanted was Saddam head. He did not give a damn about what best for the USA, for Iraq or the middle east in general. Thousands lost their lives so W could have his revenge on Saddam.

Some day ask me about the Bush family and running cocaine out of Mena Ar

The truth is that the Iraq war was completely started under the agreement we had with Saddam that said any hostilities on our planes or stoppage of nuclear inspections would cause the war to restart.

You're making a very bold presumption that the U.S. was on the right side of that conflict in the first place.

I would have thought Freepers (of all people) would have figured out long ago that U.S. foreign policy has nothing to do with the best interests of American citizens.

Obama broke the 1994 Budapest Agreement by fomenting Revolution in Democratic Ukraine. He sowed the wind. The US Taxpayer and Ukrainian soldier are now reaping the whirlwind.

As if the Ukrainian people weren't capable of protesting all by themselves. You seem to inject Kremlin talking points directly into your brain.

The real Jan Sobieski would be ashamed that your Freeper name is his namesake. Following your line of reasoning, Jan Sobieski should not have intervened against the Turks in the Battle of Vienna in 1683.

The Ukrainians should not have given up their nuclear weapons. It was inevitable that Putin would go after Ukraine militarily just as he went against Chechnya and Georgia previously.

I do not believe Saddam was in the right to attack Kuwait and blow up many hundreds of oil wells. I have a friend who had a family member raped by Saddam’s troops in Kuwait, as well.

Kuwait was defended by both the UN countries (Coalition) and the US.

Can you please tell those of us on Free Republic what we should have figured out concerning the righteousness of Iraq invading Kuwait? We are really curious.

The Gulf War of 1991 ended with a cease fire not a treaty. Technically it never ended just as the Korean war has never ended. Under the cease fire agreement, Iraq was required to not just get rid of their weapons of mass destruction programs, they were required to document the destruction and submit to international inspections. Saddam Hussein refused to allow inspections to demonstrate that there was nothing left of his WMD programs. The US was more than justified in ending the ceasefire and removing the Baathist regime in Iraq.

Some of them sound like the dems talking about conservatives calling people a Russian stooge or asset.

We've been through this nonsense too many times to count.

Fake News Bullsh!t Exhibit A

It's remarkable that C-SPAN still keeps that crap up on its website after it was debunked long ago as lies and propaganda.

Who cares about what the hell goes on in that dump over there?

From my profile page ...

A government that pisses away thousands of lives and trillions of dollars on military campaigns in Islamic sh!t-holes halfway around the world while facilitating an invasion of Third World peasants here at home has no moral claim on any loyalty from its citizens anymore.

I have a friend who had a family member raped by Saddam’s troops in Kuwait, as well.

The FBI reports something like 750,000+ rapes in the U.S. in any given year. When do the U.S. troops get sent to deal with it?
