In other words...”When Gail Curley began her job as Marshall of the US Supreme Court less than a year ago, she would have expected a typical make work job for the US Government getting paid for doing nothing all day. Now, suddenly, she has to do actual work.
After reading the glowing AP article, the investigation is doomed. They wouldn’t write something like this unless she is a closeted leftist.
Yes, I think they know who leaked , but just haven’t publicly said anything.
If the leaker were on the conservative side, that news would have been released publicly. I think the leaker is on the liberal side, and so that person or persons are being shielded from publicity for now.

I’m pretty sure Roberts doesn’t want to reveal who the leaker is because it would require some sort of punishment. He seems extremely averse to confrontation.
Just like in the script of “a few good men”. Find the guy lease likely to do anything except accept a plea by glossing over all the evidence.

I’ve said it all along, the investigation is being overseen directly by John Roberts and he chose to use the SCOTUS internal police rather than the FBI and if it turns up no name (which clearly by now it won’t) then it is obvious that Roberts was the leaker all along.
Say what you will about AP, at least they managed to spell “Marshal” correctly for this article.
So where are we in this investigation? Have they even started yet or are they still putting together their team?

Sorry, but I'm pretty confident that if she finds out something she'll make sure the truth cannot be found.

Article speculates that she has the power to hire an outside law firm to perform an investigation. Seems to me that every law firm in DC, Maryland or NBA would be shot thru with Rowe sympathizers. To take that option would open a back channel for the Democrats to exploit. Better to take the shortlist of suspects a administer polygraphs. Anybody refusing gets canned immediately.

It should be very easy to find the leaker.
If no leaker comes to light (despite strong circumstantial evidence against a couple of interns) and no individual suffers for this, we’ll see the role of interns change dramatically inside SCOTUS as no justice will ever trust another intern, or perhaps even their own staffs, again.
