Trump said the wall and enforced security would save us money. He’s right. We are sticking a finger in the burst dike and will have to spend $2 billion every year forever with the lax security and no wall we have on the border.

The border crisis is a serious security matter. As such the military needs to be assigned physical border protection. The passe comitatus restriction does not apply when dealing with foreign invaders and I know of no other excuse the military could come up with not to protect the nation at the border.
