Biden’s approval dips to lowest of presidency: AP-NORC poll

President Joe Biden’s approval rating dipped to the lowest point of his presidency in May, a new poll shows, with deepening pessimism emerging among members of his own Democratic Party.

Only 39% of U.S. adults approve of Biden’s performance as president, according to the poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Research, dipping from already negative ratings a month earlier.

Overall, only about 2 in 10 adults say the U.S. is heading in the right direction or the economy is good, both down from about 3 in 10 a month earlier. Those drops were concentrated among Democrats, with just 33% within the president’s party saying the country is headed in the right direction, down from 49% in April.

Of particular concern for Biden ahead of the midterm elections, his approval among Democrats stands at 73%, a substantial drop since earlier in his presidency. In AP-NORC polls conducted in 2021, Biden’s approval rating among Democrats never dropped below 82%.

But there are signs that the dissatisfaction with Biden on the economy has deepened. Just 18% of Americans say Biden’s policies have done more to help than hurt the economy, down slightly from 24% in March. Fifty-one percent say they’ve done more to hurt than help, while 30% say they haven’t made much difference either way.

The communists don’t care.
They now have full control of all the reins of power and will never relinquish them....

we have a major communist problem in this country. They’re destroying this country by design and they want concentration camps and starvation for Trump supporters. Just look what they’ve done to the Jan. 6 political prisoners!

All power to the communists was given to them by RINO-controlled state legislatures in 2020 who refused to enforce voter ID, rolled over on the cheat-by-mail-in ballots/dropboxes, and refused to investigate/prosecute the fraud.

RINOs are the reason for the woke clown world we have had to endure.

Biden’s support is falling, but not everywhere. For example, here we see a group of Biden fans who still support him 100%.

...only about 2 in 10 adults say the U.S. is heading in the right direction or the economy is good...

Proving that 2 in 10 adults have not only drunk the Kool-Aide, they're positively swimming in it. It is unfathomable how any rational person could look at what is happening in the Country today and say "Yeah, this is going great." Well, I guess someone who hates America, hates the ideas and ideals she was founded upon might. If anyone reading this is one of those 2 in 10 - you are confused, ignorant, and un-American.

They’re (communists) destroying this country by design

Little late to the party, are we?

The communists told us their intention and strategy long ago. It was entered into the Congressional Record and, even forewarned, we did nothing.

Biden's handlers don't care. Democrats and their confederates in the Republican party don't care either. I keep thinking of the atmosphere in France in 1789....
Yes, there is a lot of incompetence, but I see a lot of malice as well. I also think some in DC are well aware of what they're doing, and this WHO thing next week, along with the ramp up to try and sieze firearms is the Deep State circling the wagons.

Its not the “communists”. Nor is it political, exactly. It is more that politics is downstream of a more fundamental situation.

What the US has is a comprehensive socio-cultural split. The elite controls all US institutions (which was always the case), but they are these days more culturally and socially uniform than ever. And as a body they are more alienated from the rest of the American population than ever. And their interests diverge from the rest of the US population, more so than ever.

The best explainer of all this was the late Angelo Codevilla.

1789 is a good analogy. Another is Spain, 1936.
