These generals are no different than most of their contemporaries. They have not yet come to terms with the ramifications of all the new technology and have not adapted their tactics to account for the precision and lethality of the weapon systems and positioning methodology made possible by the silicon chip. Many young men of all nationalities will die horrible deaths before the new realities are appreciated.
