“Most of the British and Spanish cases are gay or bisexual men, which officials say is ‘highly suggestive of spread in sexual networks’.”
Butthole bandits are spreading it.

From the article: "Most of the British and Spanish cases are gay or bisexual men, which officials say is 'highly suggestive of spread in sexual networks'."
I don't know how accurate this is. But it's something to keep in mind.

Also, if people would stop screwing monkeys, maybe this wouldn’t happen. How many ‘rapefugees’ did we import from africa?
“1970: The first human case was recorded in 1970 in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the infection has been reported in a number of central and western African countries since then.”

Transmission of monkeypox virus occurs when a person comes into contact with the virus from an animal, human, or materials contaminated with the virus. The virus enters the body through broken skin (even if not visible), respiratory tract, or the mucous membranes (eyes, nose, or mouth). Animal-to-human transmission may occur by bite or scratch, bush meat preparation, direct contact with body fluids or lesion material, or indirect contact with lesion material, such as through contaminated bedding. Human-to-human transmission is thought to occur primarily through large respiratory droplets. Respiratory droplets generally cannot travel more than a few feet, so prolonged face-to-face contact is required. Other human-to-human methods of transmission include direct contact with body fluids or lesion material, and indirect contact with lesion material, such as through contaminated clothing or linens.https://www.cdc.gov/poxvirus/monkeypox/transmission.html

Moral depravity will doom mankind. The thought of two dudes with lesions makes my breakfast want to come up. Still it’s novel that it managed to spread in a few days half way around the world from it’s source on West Africa. So buggers and air travel will doom mankind more accurately. Gross b@stards

Doesn’t sound that bad. Even without medicine it has a 90% recovery rate. Oh and there is medicine for it. Also it appears to be mostly attracted to men who have gay sex. I don’t think I’ll be worried about this anytime soon. But if I am worried about it, that means I have other bigger issues at play.
