Well, first of all it is not any crime, it's specifically for war crimes. Don't get me wrong, I am opposed to this. However, my comment was about extradition. There would be no extradition necessary. I was just pointing that out.

My guess is that the war crime charge would be leveled against him by this country, and then adjudicated here as well. As I said, it is really pushing the law beyond what is technically within this nation's purview, as far as I am concerned.

Just 30 yrs ago, people believed everyone has Civil rights.

Look at the FBi / DoJ today, and you’ll find quite another story.
