A federal judge is standing by a previous ruling that an Indiana transgender student must be allowed to use the boys restroom.
Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, an Obama appointee, has denied a motion from the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville to put on hold a previous injunction forcing John R. Wooden Middle School to allow the transgender student to use the boys bathroom, WTHR-TV reported.
Pratt ruled the district failed to show evidence that proved it would suffer "irreparable harm" if the student was allowed to use the boys restroom.
"In addition, the School District has not presented any new arguments or evidence to demonstrate that the public interest weighs in favor of maintaining the School District’s authority over such matters until more clear and direct guidance on Title IX is provided," Pratt wrote.
The school had previously prevented the transgender student from using the boys restroom, playing on male sports teams, and from being referred to using the pronouns "he" and "him."
The school, which is appealing the original ruling, had argued that Pratt’s injunction "would be disruptive of the school's operations...and undermine the order and authority of the school."

Who could have guessed.
For decades there have been a few people dressing up to look like the opposite sex and presumably using the restroom of the opposite sex without making people uncomfortable because we didn’t know. It may be weird but they weren’t causing a scene and the rest of us didn’t either. Now with the Left “helping” their “community” there is a big stinking mess making a lot of people uncomfortable and a lot of kids thinking its cool to be trans for self validation. Now we have federal cases...ridiculous.

I do not believe that any court has, or will, issue a decision that contains as a finding of fact that a girl has become a boy or that a boy has become a girl.

Probably so, because they would say this individual feels like a male, so needs to be treated as a male, otherwise, is being harmed if not treated as a male.
I know that’s pretzel logic, but that’s how this is viewed by the activist types.

this opens things up for other issues, such as the boys wanting to watch this girl do everything. Then these boys will be in legal trouble, probably branded as sex offenders or worse.

At one point the facility I worked at in Tallahassee had several hundred men and a handful, probably six to ten, women. At the fifteen minute breaks dozens, sometimes a hundred men would go outside and pee in the bushes. I went to the facility manager with a plan to increase the number of urinals. There was sufficient wall space and all that was needed was some additional plumbing. He said, “We had that plumbing. We took it out and tiled over it. That’s because we have the ‘potty parity law’ here. That means that if there’s a urinal for a man, then there must be a full closet flush toilet for a woman. To comply with the law takes (forgot the amount of space, but a lot) and we don’t have that much space. So we had to remove twenty-one urinals.” He then pointed to a shelf full of notebooks. “Those are the rules and regulations for who gets what in a public building.”
So, in answer to your question, the number and type of bathrooms is highly regulated and you can’t get approvals to change what’s allocated easily. And, if the point is to force you to comply with their social mandate, then you could forget about any approvals that don’t force you to allow opposite sexes to use the same facilities. (Obviously, you’re a racist for suggesting this. /s)
The reason EVERYTHING looks the way it does, from the setbacks on our roads, to the uniformity of public signs, to the way neighborhoods are arranged into suburbs and commercial districts with little or no mixing, is because of rules, regulations and planning. If you wanted to build something, say a school, it might take three years of planning and approvals. A power plant or refinery might take ten years and millions of dollars before you put the first brick into place. There are people who spend their whole career doing just a portion of this planning. There are law offices who specialize in handling nothing else.
A facility I worked at had to hire a highly paid full time person just to verify compliance with all the federal, state, county and city EPA’s and he told me the various laws changed so fast that her really needed a full time staff.

That isn’t what they want. They want, er…demand normal people acknowledge them as the sex they pretend to be. Therefore, you have to be ok with one in the restroom with you.
