White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday that, should former President Donald Trump win the presidential election in 2024, he would not work in the White House again.
"No" was the answer Fauci gave to CNN host Jim Acosta, adding, "If you look at the history of what the response was during the administration, I think, you know, at best, you can say it wasn't optimal. History will speak for itself about that."
Fauci has continued his work into the Biden administration, saying in January 2021 that it was "liberating" to work with President Joe Biden.

History, and I mean the ultimate truthful history that occurs down the line when no one cares enough to manipulate the truth, will show that you were a clueless bureaucrat who initially said the US had nothing to worry about regarding Covid, and then went from one mistake to another while doing an atrocious job handling a pandemic your actions probably helped to create (i.e. gain of function research - which IS what it was, irrespective of your pathetic attempt to semantically label it something else).
Regarding the issue of ‘working again for Trump’, you know that could never happen - because he would fire you the minute he was re-elected. You are delusional in your self-assessment. If you had done private practice as a physician you would have been horrendous. If you had been a pure bench scientist you would likely have been mediocre at best.
