Chinese President Xi Jinping is reportedly suffering from cerebral aneurysm and had to be hospitalised at the end of 2021, say media reports. Xi Jinping, however, wants to be treated with traditional Chinese medicines rather than going for surgery. According to ANI, earlier in March 2019, during Xi's visit to Italy, his gait was observed to be unusual with a noticeable limp and later in France during the same tour, he was seen taking support while trying to sit down. The ANI report added that during an address to the public in Shenzhen in October 2020, Xi's delay in appearance, slow speech and coughing spree also led to speculation about his ill health.
A cerebral aneurysm is a ballooning arising from an abnormal focal dilation of an artery in the brain. Because of the ballooning, there's weakening of the vessel which may rupture. This bleeding can cause brain tissues to die which may cause a full-blown stroke, permanent damage to parts of the brain or even death.

In Joe’s case, as I remember, the surgery was in the frontal area of the brain, responsible for planning and for impulse control. A friend of mine, who is a vascular surgeon and doesn’t like Joe, remarked that there’s some impairment in the great majority of cases.... and that Joe obviously hasn’t escaped that.
If Xi has an aneurysm, the effects of surgery on him will depend on the skill of the surgeon, to luck, and to where in the brain the operation occurs. Before the aneurysm bursts... which can result in a fatal stroke, the only issue is slight pressure because of the bulge.

I think it would be poetic justice if God allows them to think “NOW is our time, FINALLY!!!” and then pulls the rug out from under them and sets them back decades...all to show His mercy to us poor humans which Satan and his workers hate from their core.

I just downloaded a copy of that book and that excerpt is not in there.

My sister had a cerebral aneurysm 49 years ago. She recovered and is still going strong - healthier than me.
Australia seems to be a satellite state of China as well.
I know three people who have them who had successful surgery to repair them. I don’t think Xi will fare well using non surgical remedies.
My sister who is about the same age as Xi has one and has had it for years. The best thing to do is nothing and lead a very quiet and subdued lifestyle which she does.

The thing to remember about China is that because of their large population and their generally high IQ, there are likely many first-rate brain surgeons that Xi can call upon. Now, if certain people want Xi no longer around, I have no doubt that that can be arranged.
