Embedded Podcast in this link.
Chris Stigall interviews Kathy Barnette and asks for answers to questions raised by Salena Zito.
Hey @jackposobiec @JDRucker – just spoke with the head of communications and marketing at Judson University in Illinois. She confirmed that @Kathy4Truth was an adjunct at the school. Perhaps folks should consider fact-checking before slinging mud.

And Chris Stigall says Tim Ryan will beat JD Vance
RE: Show me what her positions on these key issues were five years ago. She’s not fifteen.
Show me Dr. Oz’s positions on abortion and transgenderism just a few years ago. As for Barnette’s positions on issues, see the information provided in posts 21 and 24 of this thread. She has always espoused them. It’s refreshing to see someone with her background not wallowing in victimology but articulating personal responsibility and conservative values. Why do you think she surged in the polls? It’s because she presented her positions well in the debates.
The issue of campaigning for the Obama monument has been answered satisfactorilly in the Chris Stiggal podcast on the link provided in this article. Listen to it if you’re interested in the truth instead of opposition attacks totally devoid of context.
RE: And I don’t see her accomplishments nor a thread of continuity.
Define accomplishments for me.
It seems that to you, only earning millions from investing in China as a hedge fund manager or being a celebrity doctor on TV count as accomplishments. I don’t limit it to these.
What about coming up from abject poverty, even surviving an attempted abortion by a teenaged mother to earn a masters degree, teach in college, serve in the military, and raise a successful family? Why do they not count as accomplishments?
Compare that to say, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, what were her accomplishments prior to being elected? She got elected by leveraging on her father’s name to become a total RINO.
Barnette’s life experience is an example that should be emulated by Americans, especially blacks who wallow in victimology.
RE: I helped the currant Senator Toomer get on the ballot, he fooled a lot of us, and he’s taken this lady under his wing.
Can you explain what “taken under his wing” means.
Does it mean he’s teaching her to deceive people, articulating something publicly while at the same time believing the opposite?
Or does it mean helping her navigate the intricacies of a campaign?

The only thing that’s winning here is the circular firing squad.
...and you sound like a Rovian troll by not answering a single question that supporters respectfully put in front of you! ... says a lot about your not very conservative vote.
...ymmv...
Yes, I heard it live the other day.
She’s pretty straight up about things.
Thank you very much for posting that link. I listened to the podcast. It completely reinforced my feelings about her. She’s a wonderful lady who I completely agree with politically. I would love to see her on a school board, or some other elected position up to but not including US Senator. I hope she uses this experience to strengthen her viability as a candidate in the future. However, her communication skills are lacking and far below that of a senator. The attacks on her now are nothing compared to the attacks that the Democrats would lob at her and while she addressed the issues she did so in a way that was not efficient or particularly effective. She used minutes to answer when she could have used seconds and repeated herself often. She didn’t have a grasp of the details that she should have, including dates and the name of Barack Obama‘s book that she herself referenced.
In my opinion she would be the Democrats preferred person to run against. And, in my opinion she would lose badly against a more seasoned opponent.
Their questions have to do with whom I’m voting FOR - and that I’m not willing to say for obvious reasons. I would expect people to respect that privacy and not be so rude as to further question me on the matter.

Any of these are common everyday life for many. At 50 yrs old there's nothing there to separate her or show distinction other than she can talk the talk - but nothing she will walk the walk.
So not interested in voting for someone who I don't believe can go up against the Demorats and win the Senate. And I don't care what “feelings” she tickles in people - I want substance with continuity and results.
Many have pulled themselves out of poverty, provided and raised a family... touchy feely stories are not enough. I can say the same.
I watched a conservative fellow run for office in my area - who sounded just like her. He won but from the start offered nothing to our council except aggrivation and disruption as he had no clue how things operate or how to impliment anything....he talked the talk but couldn’t walk it.
I’m in bed with nobody and do not vote for people because others think I should. I’ve made that clear so those who keep trying to align me with specific people are off base entirely . As for Karl Rove he’s never been a go to guy for me in any election - he’s just another election geek that wants to be heard on TV.
I’ve not “attacked” Barnette I’ve expressed why I don’t think she’s the best candidate to win against the Demorats and win the Senate. And I won’t support “activists” that simply talk the talk people might want to hear.
RE: Everybody has life experiences much more impressive as they show accomplishments within the advancements they’ve made.

And what’s unimpressive about that seeing the very bad deal she had to start with in life?
Almost aborted, growing up in a place with poor plumbing and heating in a crime ridden neighborhood... from that perspective, that’s an impressive accomplishment right there. The living message she gives to underprivileged folks everywhere will be tremendous.
I don’t compare people and accomplishments in a simplistic way. I take the adversities they have to overcome and their character into consideration.
So no vote from me - on anything she wants to do with her life.
RE: You folks can say all you want about her but she made herself clear what she thought of Trump - BLM and Dedund the police
She explained those Tweet that were dug up by her opponents to defame her in the podcast embedded in this article.
I can understand concerns about her qualifications and all that.... but these attacks against her for allegedly supporting what BLM did or defunding the police are especially low, not to mention lies.
BTW, Sean Hannity has been repeating the same things in his show. So does Greg Kelly of NewsMax.
Here’s Kathy Barnette’s response in a Tweet:

If @SeanHannity wants to claim his show is “fair and balanced,” then bring me on, in-studio with @DrOz and let’s have a fair and balanced discussion.
I’m blocking out 9pm on Monday, just for you Sean.
Ratings will be huge! See you then.

I don’t watch either Hannity or NewsMax.
Doesn’t matter who got them - she posted them.
And those aren’t the only ones - other twitter accounts show her additional tweets as well....and those are not the least bit favorable...and she does have issues about race.
BTW she should be prepared to explain rather than play the leftist role of blaming others. That is the difference between believing what you say and just saying what you know people want to hear. I don’t blieve she believes all that she says.
