We survived and did well on whole Cow’s milk, mom’s milk, evaporated milk, goat milk.
Now we are told home made baby formula is bad for you. Probably because the money is not going into the manufacturer’s pocket.
I also remember when eggs, whole milk, butter, and a slew of other products were declared “bad for you” but are now OK.
