The January 6 Committee has issued subpoenas for House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan (R-OH), and other Republicans.
The House select committee issued subpoenas for Reps. McCarthy, Jordan, House Freedom Caucus chair Scott Perry (R-PA), former Freedom Caucus chair Andy Biggs (R-AZ), and Mo Brooks (R-AL). This is the first time the January 6 committee has issued subpoenas to current members of Congress.

Dangerous tactic. If either one shows up to meet the subpoena, then that sets the precedent for others to show as well. Now with that in mind, when the Republicans take control, this could be used against them.
So who ordered the police to unlock the doors?

I look forward to a repeat of HRC’s testimony to Congress. “I don’t recall”, “I don’t remember” and the classic; “At this point, what does it matter?” And, if needed, they can cite Lois Learner and use the 5th Amendment, that is what it is there for! If the ‘D’onkey Party complains, tell them that it is following precedent!
