Wait doesn’t this mean all the Democrat senators approved this as well? So won’t the angry mob then target Democrat senators since in the mob eyes this means the Democrat senators are protecting the Supreme Court, hence siding with their overturning of Roe V Wade?

Criminal prosecution is at the discretion of the prosecutor. That’s ahuge “loophole” and the source of much mischief in the system.

Congress can pass laws, and prosecutors can excuse whatever enforcement action they choose.

This is showboating by the Senate.

18 USC § 1507.

"Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

Why aren’t the justices getting grilled in public over this leak? The buck stops with the nine.

They don’t get to drop a match on a nation ready to burn, shrug and act the victims.

It is a Federal Felony to attempt to influence a Federal Judge in any manner. All the protestors at the Judges’ homes are subject to arrest and imprisonment. LE is partisan and won’t go after lefties.

They need a bill so that if some nut shoots a justice or his family they are on record as voting to protect them. This is especially true for dems who must be pretty frightened because they have all the violet nuts in their party.

I read the Nancy Pelosi was being a cheer leader and asking them to turn up the volumne. Wonder if she sees hyprocrisy, that a noisy crowd trying to express dissent swooped down on Capitol Hill because they were against her policies.

Can someone explain to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray that laws are being broken in front of the homes of Supreme Court Justices?

Peppermint Patty says that Joe is OK with the protests and that the nation has no position on the protests at the homes of the Justices. Well, US Code is indeed “the position” of the Federal Government. The DoJ and FBI are tools of the left.

So, we have at least THREE office holders acting against their oaths of office!
