A judge has ruled that Special Counsel John Durham’s office must limit the evidence it plans to use in court to try to show a “joint venture” between Michael Sussmann and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer, has been charged with lying to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when he handed over data in September 2016 that claimed to show communications between former President Trump’s presidential campaign and the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank.
Sussmann did not divulge he was working for the Clinton campaign at the time.

.....,and then judgment. Evidence will not be limited.
Correction...you mean McConnell appointment.
I’m ticked I won’t see her mangled before my eyes, aren’t you? Because that’s what I’m talking about.
Friggin’ Feral “judges” are protectors of the Clintoons and the commie RATS. It’s time to start impeaching these damn worthless Feral RATS.
Just taking off on a short field but my wildish guess is that the judge doesn’t want or need to hear the whole bazillion pieces of available evidence to convict this bleephole-—he’s gonna cop a plea anyway? I don’t see there being a trial. The guy is dead meat by his own words/deeds/billing records.
Read the actual decision. It’s pretty much a nothingburger. Totally expected and does nothing to hurt Durham’s case.
Some of the actual wording strongly indicates the judge believes Sussmann is guilty.
Or, Durham is giving Sussman one last chance to cooperate.
Why not charged for this stuff? And why not his co-conspirators charged as well?
Hope there are more indictable persons.
