First lady Jill Biden traveled to the Ukraine’s border with Slovakia on Sunday as part of her trip to Europe.
The first lady visited the Vysne Nemecke border crossing, which is where Ukrainians fleeing the Russian invasion have entered Slovakia, according to the White House, which added that refugees have received basic services at the crossing before traveling to processing centers or transit hubs located further into Slovakia.
The border crossing is one of two main transportation points between Ukraine and Slovakia, administration officials noted. Humanitarian actors are also utilizing the area.

I have several thoughts and reactions to Dr. Jill and her trip to Ukraine, but my inner Editor/ Minder prefers that I self delete all such remarks at this time.
She dressed like that when she taught at my high school.

I dislike the women very much. This is one of very few times I think she is dressed OK. I see nothing distasteful in her boots. Geez, I still wear boots with my dresses. I’d like a nice pair of saddle shoes.
Those high boots are what all the young chicks, like Dr. Edith Biden, wear summer and winter. They are just so cool, doncha know!
