I would also vote for DeSantis over Trump. DeSantis is a fighter with solid governance experience. Trump seems blind to his own weaknesses and is not consistent in attracting and selecting good people.

I like DeSantis, he's great, but believing he can handle the gauntlet of the left is premature. If he becomes the R candidate, they will unleash the same Hell against him they did against Trump. We don't know how he would fare against such evils.

Trump is still the best candidate to defeat the evil of the left. DeSAntis would be a wonderful following act, unless Trump bows out.

I agree. How do DeSantis supporters get him to run?

Trump is 76 years old. By June 2024, he’ll be 78. Sorry, but that’s too old. The Democrats will push Biden aside and get someone younger to run. Trump wouldn’t be going up against Biden in 2024. So, are Republicans going to make the same mistake Democrats made in 2019? Nominate someone too old for the office?

Trump seems to have no concept of the dignity of the office. He wastes his time on silliness like his recent comments about Harry and Megan and what the Queen should do about them. A couple of low life royals and Trump has to put in his two cents. And everything is about him and his bruised ego. Trump should grow up. The playground bully act is getting really old. Let’s get someone smart and with the guts to fight his opponents and stick to his guns. That looks like DeSantis right now.
