President Biden expressed deep concern Tuesday about the draft Supreme Court opinion that leaked Monday night and appeared to reveal that a majority of five conservative justices intend to strike down Roe vs. Wade, ending nearly 50 years of federally protected abortion rights.

Apparently “they” aren’t concerned with freedom, privacy, the economy(inflation), education, manufacturing, illegals, crime, or God.
Seems to me, they are incensed because they cannot get what they want in the midst of a plethora of FEDERAL appeasements to victim groups like LGBTQIA. It just shows that they are not confident, or STRONG enough, to convince the STATES of the the validity and need for their murder.
Those powers not specifically enumerated in the Constitution are left to the STATES. How is this not clear?
That may be the motivation for the leak, to IMMEDIATELY start the Court Packing Process.
Will the person who wrote that please STAND UP and be recognized? Who of the several lingering in the recesses of the WH wrote this for him? Show your face!

I prefer to think of the GOPe as a sheep in wolf’s clothing. ;)
Americans are sick of wanton murder. Roe was a decision made a time of wanton apathy about the long term impacts when we were still mired in Viet Nam. The FED should never had had the power to allow choice-murder, period. That power should have been left with the lowest level of government it really ended up affecting.
You’d think he’d be more concerned about the leak of this.
The Democrats are giving notice that the Court needs to change their decision.
I'm willing to bet that the Left is more than happy to trade losing the House and Senate in exchange for a 20+ year long Liberal Supreme Court.
They sacrificed their majority in 1994 in order to ban assault weapons.
They sacrificed their majority in 2011 in order to get Obamacare passed.
They'll sacrifice their majority (something that they know they're going to lose anyway) to pack the court and ram through a bunch of confirmation hearings.
