If Roe v Wade is overturned abortions will still be legal in states that allow it.
Abortion should never have been protected by the constitution. It is a matter the states (meaning the citizens of those states to decide).
Of course this hoax was designed to try to do this.
Too convenient. This appears just in time to give them an issue.
ALL the Dems are using this, from Pelosi/Schumer who have already issued a press release to Amy Klobuchar who was on TV this morning and you can bet the farm most of them will now be “activated” to get out there and drum up protests and scare women to vote in November.
And nobody in the media will care this was an unprecedented leak and push for an investigation.

It might help energize the dem base but I don’t see what it would really do to help them.

This is the reaction they’re banking on: “I’m paying $100 to fill up my gas tank. I can barely afford groceries. My retirement accounts have tanked. Millions of illegals are flooding across the border. The president is a brain-dead puppet who has presided over one foreign policy humiliation after another. But screw it, all of the above is fine just as long abortion is a cherished right in all 50 states.”
My feeling: anyone who’s such an abortion fan that this overrides everything else was already firmly in the Dem voter column.
The easiest argument against pro-choice rights for women is the fact that a Supreme Court Justice whose about to be seated can’t define what a women is.
How can you have women’s rights when a woman can’t be defined.. at least by the left.
The Democrats will be just a little bit too ready for this.
Like I said earlier, this was all planned out. They pre-positioned the female protesters outside the SC, and then announced it and panned to the protesters. And yes it’s all about the midterms.
The woman chose when she spread her legs. Or. when she did not choose birth control. Anything else, should be up to the Justice system, including castration.
This should be punishable by the death penalty!
My cynical mind wonders whether our overlords nudged the court in this direction to help out the Dems in November, with them deciding Biden could use the distraction sooner rather than later.

Yes...the California assembly will pass a law saying that all unborn children should be aborted. Bet on it!
