The leaker will be celebrated in school textbooks as a brave freedom fighter and get lots of plum jobs making much more than an intern. This is sheer heroism for the leaker.
My money is on the wise Latina and a clerk of hers!!! BANK ON IT, she has NO RESPECT or concern for the stature of the court she is to stupid for that!!!

How would that shake out?
Back in the late 50’s, some doctors could and would declare unwanted pregnancies as life threatening. And they would basically just perform a hysterectomy, usually with the woman’s informed consent.
In 1962, IIRC, only NYS and the Dominican Republic were available to American women seeking an abortion. And costs of both travel and elective surgery were high.
Today, it’s a sure bet every state will allow abortion in the 1st trimester & for the health of the mother. Woke doctors will game the system. Liberal women would just increase their Underground Railroad/coyote activities. They can source the morning-after pill online.
Only possible silver lining I can see without Federal legalization is young, woke SJWs might move to blue states with the most lenient abortion policies.

100% certainty this was leaked by one of the lib clerks in an attempt to create a firestorm to put pressure on Roberts (likely) to change his mind.
They’re already surrounding the SCOTUS building. That didn’t take long.
The two are diametrically opposed. Can both be true?
This is all a coordinated play for something far bigger. Maybe it’s to drum up leftist voters for midterms, or for Congress to pass a law to make abortion the law of the land. And they will cancel the filibuster to make it happen.
I think it ends up backfiring and GOP midterm victory is even more decisive now.
Also to motivate Rats to vote in the midterms because “Roe v Wade is this close to being overturned!”

Hopefully it will bury Covid for good—and an extra bonus is that the warmongering against Russia might get derailed as well.
(My logic is that this is much ado about nothing. If women have to travel a couple of states over to get an abortion it is trivial in the total scheme of things.)

There is absolutely NO REASON for abortion today, you can get FREE birth control at ANY drug store, back in the day there was no such thing as birth control!! Why in hell are women in this day and age EVER needing an abortion?..

In California where I live, Ronald Regan had signed an abortion law more liberal than what Roe v. Wade would have allowed.
That’s federalism.
