A summer decision will have been overtaken by the next wild hysteria by election time. Please be right.

Each Justice has a certain number of clerks...They each are allowed four clerks. The Chief Justice is allowed five, but Roberts usually only hires four. However, there must be lower level employees such as secretaries, administrators, tech people, etc. Could any of them have access to draft decisions?

Exactly, the Deep State has now ruined the Supreme Court. We are no longer a republic,
***When obambam was inaugurated, we officially became an oligarchy due to SCOTUS refusing to do their job and look into what for 2&half centuries was the plain meaning of NBC. Our republic was dealt a death blow by Berg vs. Obama just like the republic of Rome traces its end to Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon river with his army& starting his civil war beginning the Roman Empire. We have been witnessing the dying muscle spasms of our beautiful experiment since that time.

Is that really your concern? Or are you just trying to uphold babykilling as an option for birth control?

Seems phony to get rats to the polls, keep the Senate in rat hands. Entirely possible. leaks of Supreme court decisions is extremely rare.

No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending. The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term.WHO LEAKED IT?!

No point to that. The actual decision will be out next month.
