They each are allowed four clerks. The Chief Justice is allowed five, but Roberts usually only hires four. However, there must be lower level employees such as secretaries, administrators, tech people, etc. Could any of them have access to draft decisions?

Very unlikely anyone other than the justices and their clerks have access to the working opinion papers. Each Justice may have a staff attorney that would know, but they are just as highly vetted and normally even more trustworthy than the clerks. I just can’t stress enough how highly sought after these positions are and the vetting process each student goes through before their law school will even recommend them. Sotomayor and her clerks would be the weak link since she rules on emotions only and I suspect her clerks do as well.
