The ‘Rats are absurd. Impeachment is for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” It’s a fundamental principle of Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence that every person is responsible for his or her own crimes. The crimes of one spouse are not automatically imputed to the other spouse. If your wife murders someone, they can’t imprison you unless you helped. Even if Mrs Thomas did something wrong (and she didn’t), how is that a crime of Clarence Thomas?

Completely pointless. If Congress decides it can invent a “code of ethics” for the Supreme Court, then the Supreme Court will certainly overrule them on separation of powers grounds and strike the law down. And if they didn’t have the votes to impeach Trump, they certainly don’t have the votes to impeach Thomas.

I’m guessing we will NEVER see the GOP turn the tables on these holes. EVERY democrat who didn’t condemn the Black Lies Matter and Antifa riots should have lawsuits to kick them off of ballots across the country.
