Well, the Mask That Slips is only visible to those who are watching. The vast majority of people don’t have the mental capacity, the time, or the interest to put things like this into the correct context.

HF, general coverage, AND 2-meters. Look up ICOM 746. A great radio that just about does it all, HF, VHF 2-meter, general coverage and it can talk and listens planet wide. And the IC746 has no problems talking to my Yaesu VX150s 2 meter handhelds.☺

The ICOM 746 (non-pro) is really a great radio. Spectrum scope etc. Not too many HF radios come with 2 meters. It’s pretty rare... One can be had good condition used between $450-$800. It went out of production long ago. Most people hang onto them for years but every once in a while one pops up for 500 bucks or so. The 746 is like a “shack in a box”.

Most likely, disinformation would be any opinion not formulated by the government's "Ministry of Truth", .
For all opinions OTHER then the official government opinions, a license would be required.. The utterance of unlicensed opinions would be, at least, a third degree felony.. That is, for the first violation..
