On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg stated that “most of us understand the difference between a hotel ballroom” where the White House Correspondents’ Dinner will be held without a mask mandate and airplanes and that the main purpose behind the Biden administration’s appeal of the transportation mask mandate ruling is “making sure there’s clarity on the public health authority that the CDC has.”

Using a politicized CDC as a “non partisan” alibi to wage an economic war on Americans should clearly indicate that the CDC should not make laws.
Man, Biden is unpopular but if his admin successfully SUES to force masks on travelers after they were taken away finally ... is he trying to get to single digits? Or is he just showing us that he doesn’t give a damn what we think or the upcoming election, which would suggest it’s already decided in the dems favor in the back rooms of DC?
“Guidance” is apparently stronger than “recommendations”.
This must not come as a surprise. One big reason the Left loves the Democratic party is because they share a belief that the business of governing the proles is too complex for non “experts” to tackle. Legislation is just too messy.
