If my yard guy demanded I pay him in Pesos,
where would I go to get me some Pesos?
If my Chinese restaurant demanded I pay them in Yen,

Joepedo was going to land the K.O. on Putin when he started messing with sanctions after the Ukraine invasion.
Putin put the Ruble on a gold standard and it stopped the fall immediately.
Biden is not going to bring Russia to it's knees this way.
I've read a couple of articles that maintain that the gold backed Ruble is doing better than Joepedo’s inflated dollars.
Petro-Ruble anyone?

Well, that's easy. Go to your bank, but it might take a day or two to get them.
Where do they go to get them a bunch of Rubles?
For THAT question, I haven't a clue. I guess you could start at the bank but since the sanctions blocked the Russians from accessing most currency it might be hard. You might have to first buy Chinese money and then buy Rubles. ???
