Representative Jamie Raskin (D-ML) claimed Monday on MSNBC’s “All In” that former President Donald Trump attempted “multiple different efforts to overthrow Biden’s majority in the Electoral College” after the 2020 presidential election.
Raskin said, “Trump had tried multiple different efforts to overthrow Biden’s majority in the Electoral College. They are trying to intimidate and browbeat election officials, like the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in Georgia. That was caught on tape. Everybody heard Trump saying, just find me 11,781 votes. That’s all I want. That didn’t work. There was the plan to try to get the military to seize election machinery and to rerun the election. They ran that through the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, which is what led to his aborted effort to install a new attorney general.”

Well as long as they weren’t looking for hanging Chads
I did mean “better than last time”, as far as dealing with the Swamp.
He is the best President this country has had in my lifetime. Don’t get me wrong. But, I think he was not in full control. To be honest, many of his appointments sucked. I think that it was because they were not his.
I would not bet on him doing better a second time around. It largely depends on the results of these midterm elections. If he is seen to increase his control over the party, he can do better. If not, then probably not. Radical action, on his part, would need reliable control of the Congress.
Should I visit?

Because the Dems are going to lose big in a few months so given they have no positive accomplishments they are dredging up jan 6th hoaxes again. CBS Mornings spent 10 minutes on this story today and ZERO minutes on the death of the Texas National Guardsman's body being recovered.

Representative Jamie Raskin needs to be one of the first to see the documentary 2000 Mules.
Between lack of enthusiasm for RINO/GOPee candidates and cheating in blue states, GOP will get a narrow win in the House, and, who knows, maybe in the Senate as well. JMO.
And the cheating will happen because of the way most of the GOPee sat on their butts in November 2020.

Yeah I read the transcript of that call and u totally agree. He may or may not have said those words but the overall tone was definitely one of trying to ensure integrity on the count, not just looking for enough votes to win.
