Kamala Harris's chief of staff quitting caps tumultuous period for her office

The exodus from Vice President Kamala Harris’s office saw its biggest departure yet, with her chief of staff leaving after 15 turbulent months.

“West Wing aides had been annoyed for months about having to tend to Harris and what they saw as gaps in her operation," the New York Times's Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns reported.

“West Wing aides had been annoyed for months about having to tend to Harris and what they saw as gaps in her operation," the New York Times's Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns reported.

Tina Flournoy has played a key role in bridging ties between Harris and President Joe Biden’s West Wing, where she was viewed as “indispensable” and “steadying,” according to a forthcoming book obtained by the Washington Examiner.

When aides began leaving Harris’s team amid early turmoil last year, some inside the vice president’s office pinned the blame on Flournoy. But Biden’s aides viewed the situation differently.

“[T]he truth was that Biden’s team regarded Harris’s chief of staff as an indispensable steadying influence,” according to the New York Times’s Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns.

Instead, it was Harris at whom Biden’s communications director Kate Bedingfield appeared to point the finger. “Perhaps, she suggested, the problem was not the vice president’s staff,” Martin and Burns wrote in This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future.

Bedingfield was not alone in her frustration.

All of this is due to Camel not being qualified nor chosen by the electorate to run a lemonade stand much less the office of VP.

“...aides had been annoyed for months about having to tend to Harris and what they saw as gaps in her operation...”

Largest gap being between her ears.

I wish we would quit disparaging lemonade stand operators.

After all it takes a certain modicum of skill to create a sign, mix lemonade to the proper flavor, pour it neatly and count back change.

Kamela Harris couldn’t even make the ice properly

This happens in private industry too. People in waaaay over their heads are impossible to work with and work for. In the private world these people are eventually found out and fired but not before they have wrecked lives and damaged their company. Unfortunately, this b##ch will not get fired though she should have, at the very least, been fired after 6 month.

assuming she's the nominee in ‘24 (possible but far from certain) Trump wouldn't be able to use this against her because he,too, had personnel problems. However,Trump was new to politics whereas Kommie Harris had,for her entire adult life, either been schtupping politicians or had been one herself.

As another Freeper said, she is Spiro Agnew. She will be gone, soon, and I expect while the Donks control both houses and can make her replacement easy.

If I were Harris, I would be hiring a food taster asap. If MSN “News” does a hit piece on you, it is guaranteed that the long knives are out.
The Democrats, their pet Republicrats and their media are in a desperate search for both a way to “tastefully” eliminate Harris and find a suitable replacement that is under 75 years of age.
My guess is Pete Buttigieg.
Then, Look OUT Dimjo.

Say it slowly

IIICCCCEE is a cold substance made from water. You find it when you open the freezer door. Sometimes your housekeeper can place the edge of the glass against the lever. It’s like Maaagiiiicc when clear blocks of ice come out the door. It’s amazing cackle cackle

Had a black female supervisor back in the early 2000s.
She was supervisor over me and 8 other white guys and she couldn’t stand the fact that we were all light-years ahead of her about the daily goings on in our department......and not only that, she knew WE knew.

What resulted was her always being on the defensive and and at the same time constantly reminding us we white boys worked for her.

Because of the way she treated us on many occasions we would see her about to “step on a land mine” that would show how inept she was to upper management or people outside our department and we’d usually just let it happen.

It was a scene man.

Because this was the fed gov (DoD) they just continuously transferred her around.

All that just caused our department to be a lot less efficient and effective as it otherwise would have been......a real waste really.

Did my 30 years and got the heck outta dodge.

She is in the democrat nomenklatura, which means she is entrenched in the fail-upward category. She’s aged out of the only thing she ever did well. She would be functionally challenged as a barista. If the dems are desperate enough, perhaps she could be eased offstage, into a high paying sinecure as a university president. The question is what university would be willing to take one for the team. It would have to be big enough to pay her a seven figure salary, nominally prestigious enough to provide political cover, and with a big enough endowment that it doesn’t really need fundraising prowess in the president’s office.

Harvard would be ideal.
