I’ve heard how that man swimmer who claims to be a woman, is not shy in the locker room. He makes everyone else uncomfortable, in what should be a woman only place.
.
In other contexts in sports, we have heard how certain players create difficulty in the locker room and hurt team morale. This trans business seems similar in that, a biological man in the women’s locker room is going to create problems.

Such a loser who should not be running anything.

"However, this bill didn't come from the experts at our schools, our athletes, or the Kansas State High School Activities Association. It came from politicians trying to score political points." Weird, I didn't realize that athletes and high school administrators drafted legislation and passed bills. Here all this time I thought elected representatives were responsible for representing their constituency did that.

Why wouldn’t any sports organization be able to set the rules for competition? The Indy 500 does not admit NASCAR standards and no one sues them for that. Why do we need state laws to enforce obvious disparities (or not)?

A work around is for the agency sponsoring the competition to set the rules. Let an,agency set up competition that includes trannies and see who, if anyone, signs up to compete.

If blacks could swim the entire locker room would be black-even if they pee in the pool.

I guess she forgot that she’s running for re-election.

Kansas has had a big problem with corruption for a long time. Kate Sebelius was the governor for awhile. She appointed an abortionist, who had lost his license to practice, to the Kansas Board of Healing Arts. For this, she was rewarded with DHHS sec and don't recall what she's doing now. Big salary, no consequences.
To: Robert DeLong
Isn’t she on her way out? She should be gone in this election.

Well the election date is November 8, 2022, but she is running for reelection. Time will tell if Kansas can throw her out or not.

F***ing Johnson, Douglas, Shawnee and Wyandotte County. All leftist university towns, I take it.
