If it was non violent then he didn’t “storm” anything. He walked in.

And does the legal profession actually wonder why we hold them just below congress critters in respect?
That kind of judge had better hide and hide well following Revolution II.

“entering and remaining in a restricted building”
“political violence”
That does not compute.

IMHO our republic needs to be protected from goofball judges like this one. She should be doxxed with nightly protests in front of her house, peacefully of course......

Insurrection... (LOL)
No weapons
No attempt to hold hostages
No hostage demands
No capture and attempt to hold the Capital Building.
Business continued as usual, with Biden being confirmed
as president.
The whole while, the Capital police were allowing people
to enter through the front door of the building,
signifying there was no real serious threat.
Insurrection? These people should be bound to hell filled
with Webster’s employees. Of course the way things are
going today, Websters would simply change the definition.

Too bad someone in the gallery didn't retort, "Oh yeah? Mirrors should be covered, to protect them from people like you".

We’re not a democracy. I noticed they let actual rioters (blm/antifa) out after committing serious crimes. Arson, murder, looting, etc.

3 years probation for a misdemeanor? Doesn’t seem legal.
