Paraphrasing G. Gordon Liddy: When I was a kid, this was a free and SAFE country.

Where I live now still is. But I grew up in SoCal.

So sad.

Democrats know how to make a hellhole... homeless camps, drug addicts, massive violence and crappy schools.

I’m amazed people keep voting for them.

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night nor getting their butts kicked should stay these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Probably will get combat pay in those areas in time. The government has that money from cutting the police budgets.

Biden will say it's not the attacks on the carriers, it's because of racism. He'll probably make them go back and won't be allowed to carry a gun to protect themselves with either - that might provoke violence.

A clue is when the restaurants have bars on the windows and guards at the door.

Lots of NJ is quite beautiful - it was the top destination for people leaving Manhattan during the pandemic for what it’s worth.

It’s the stretch of the turnpike between Met Life Stadium and the Raritan River (and the adjacent cities) that are so crappy.

My problem is their draconian gun laws. It may be pretty, but don’t get caught with a gun in your car.

Gun laws, corruption, and the fact that even Republicans champion “local control” which is why we have more school districts than towns, no consolidation of services and five figure property taxes across the board.

...I wonder why we don’t see more attacks on these Amazon trucks?...

The beginning of a new cargo cult.

Obviously, the US Postal Inspectors Service was surveilling the wrong people recently.

I wouldn't expect Santa Monica to be a particularly high crime area. ?

When famous bank robber Willie Sutton was asked why he robbed banks, his reply was: " -- "Because that's where the money is!"

Even some liberals will reconsider their politics when they are personally robbed or molested by criminal emboldened by democrat policies and AGs. My guess is that Santa Monica USPS carriers are being robbed is because they represent a target rich (mail rich) environment.

The law is for the lawless. Where the law is not enforced, the lawless have no fear of committing crime.

"Mail is racist."

Yes, it is a patriarchal white supremacist social construct meant to oppress people of color. Just look at the guy who created it...

I was in the best shape of my life.

I would come home from school. Start the next week. Walk 5-7 miles a day. No boss most of the time.

Aside from being followed by an “anxious” mob a few days a month, it was nice.
