Let me assure you Dr Hanson, if and that is a mighty big if the Republicrats do take the majority in both the House & the Senate in November, they will not behave as the Democrats have.
With Mitch McConnell as Senate Majority Leader and Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House, you will see nothing less than polite civility and collegiality. And any Republican member that steps out of line will be censured & punished severely.
Heck, they both might insist that Democrats be given a majority and the chair of some committees.
Nothing but peace, love and good feelings.
Well, at least until they lose in the 2024 election

Mine, too. Uniparty McCarthy has already announced that as Speaker he will bend over and allow the ‘Rats to have their way with him. If change is to be made, he can’t be Speaker.
I’ve said for years that the deep state has pictures of all these guys in compromising positions. Cawthorn has just explained at least one way they get those pictures.
RINOs like McConnell et al are like that because they are entirely comfortable with 2nd tier power. Heck, they even ensure that they’ll be in that number 2 spot the minute they get to the number 1 spot. Witness Paul Ryan. Here, McConnell is just setting the stage to go back to the peanut gallery and accepts the scraps Democrats deign to throw him. And he will be completely happy. He and the missy can step out in DC/VA at night then and go to their awards dinners, parties and get together and slap backs and yuk it up just like nothing is wrong. It is sickening.
