A Clark County School District student arrested in a targeted robbery and killing at a southwest Las Vegas home left his school homework in a car that police say was used to carry out the crime, according to a newly released arrest report in the case.

Kudos to this fine young man for attending school beyond the age of compulsory education. It demonstrates a determination to complete his education, and better himself in pursuit of future endeavors. So as not to interfere with his plans, he shall be released from custody, pending his trial, with the proviso that he miss no more classes. /liberal judge
