So, if that were to happen, Joe would have to take the rap by himself.

His last act before leaving will be granting full pardons to his brother and his son and, if it is possible to do it, also pardon his own demented ass.

This will all end up just like the Hillary Clinton e-mail server did.

Brings up an issue. If he is certified non sension does that mean he did not have the mental ability to knowingly render pardons?

Separately I’d love to know whom were the tax experts who told hunter bribes are not taxable. I believe the mummy dummy said recently that he was certain hunter relied on professional advice with his tax filings. See the point will be made he just forgot to include a few million into his income. So he may owe back taxes but surely not criminally.

Why stop there? The clintons need blanket pardons, so does The Squad, every democrat politician, every protestor ever (except January 6th protestors of course!) every felon in every prison needs a full blanket pardon of all crimes ever committed, known or unknown, and every news outlet employee, and every illegal alien, and every fraudster, and...

Think of it as the greatest reset ever! A clean slate for all!

The feds need to get their house in order. Impeach or apply Art. 25 removal before indicting Hunter so that he can’t pardon that miserable son of his.

I’m not a lawyer, so perhaps I’m wrong, but I think the President can only pardon someone for a federal crime. Perhaps some of these were not federal crimes.

... and on the way out on a limb side of things.... I don’t believe that B was duly elected, so perhaps at some future point, EVERYTHING he has done as “President” will be invalidated.

Praying for justice.

If I understand pardons correctly, first the perp has to be tried and convicted.

So nothing burger here.

Nixon was pardoned before Senate trial.
However note constitutional impeachment & removal is not a criminal trial & consequence. Maybe the difference here is this will be a criminal proceeding.

The media nods understandingly.

Yes, Hunter is one of theirs... they feels Hunter's pain. Besides the press doesn't want to tick off the people who sneak them the fruit of our trillion dollar 'intelligence' bureaucracy...
