Biden Clan isn’t worried. Speaker McCarthy and Majority Leader McConnell will have meaninglessness ‘hearings’ and that will be the end of it.

How can they say he never made money in China? It is documented and incontrovertible that he (and his “partners”) were given a huge amount of money to manage as an investment.

Are they claiming they charged no fees? That is an astounding statement. Nobody manages a billion dollars for free. Nobody.

Then there is the matter of the diamond. Who gives a valuable diamond to a “business partner” as a bonus. Then there is the “line of credit”, the “loan”, and other benefits that are all well documented. They gave Hunter a pre-paid credit card for a shopping spree (or crack binge).

How could the White House seriously say that no Biden “made money” in China?

We live in insane times when the WH can issue a patently false statement and it is not the number 1 story on the news. That was a flat out lie.

Nothing new, just on a grander scale, remember:
Billygate – 1980
President Jimmy Carter’s colorful brother Billy created a major headache for his elder sibling when he became an agent of the government of radical Libya. After three trips to the land of dictator Moammar Gadhafi and the receipt of hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Libyans, Billy became the center of a swirling storm of allegations about influence-peddling, and the sea swell quickly engulfed President Carter, then in the midst of a difficult campaign for renomination and reelection.

Like Recusals, Special Counsels have become strictly a weapon to use against Republicans.

If it doesn’t apply for the President’s Son and brothers - in crimes he’s alleged to have profited - then it’ll never apply. Barr covered for Biden the entire time. Remember before Mueller was appointed you couldn’t find a person in DC or the Media that didn’t think a Special Counsel was warranted, and FOX sold it as - he could quickly clear Trump.

They are all aware of Biden’s Foreign business.

What the Hey! They won the election (ala Harry Reid). Anyone who suppressed the laptop from hell prior to the vote in 2020 needs to be prosecuted. This includes government officals, social media companies (including leaders, and anyone involved in the banning of the story like standards group members), MSM reporters, pundits, producers, editors, managers, and company officers, and any foreign and domestic fact checkers. They all lied to the public and suppressed the news to influence the electorate. I would add any elected official who benefited from the 2020 election based on this suppression.

You've gotta give guys like Turley and Dershowitz credit...political liberals who seem to believe that the law applies to *everyone*,not just Republicans.

... is pressing Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special prosecutor to probe the Biden family business for links with the president’s political career.

Yeah, like that's gonna happen.

Our Republic will be a footnote in history before anything comes of this.

With the continuing mass migration into the country, we are done.

Now Jonathan Turley knows better than this.

Special counsels are only for Republicans/Conservatives.

When the "good" people break the law the AG looks the other way like Barr did.

Remember, the intel people who signed the 2020 letter never stated it WAS russian disinformation.
They only "suspected" - "deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case”.

All MSM headlines from that point, stated in some form or another, it WAS Russian Disinfo.

I wonder which intel yahoo authored the original "russia misinformation" narrative.

The George Washington University Law School professor is pressing Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special prosecutor to probe the Biden family business for links with the president’s political career.

Carland would do this in a second if it was Erick Trump... but for a democrat? Garlands too corrupt.

I suspect this is an end run around Durham. If a new Special Council is appointed it would be someone who is controlled and would sweep this under the rug. Let Durham do his thing since he’s just now heating up.
